Results Digital is a company engaged in marketing, strategy, and advertising services, and is at the forefront of technology and innovation in each of the fields it specializes in (hereinafter: "Results Digital").
The purpose of the mailing list and information on the website is to strengthen the connection with Results Digital customers and interested parties, and to generally promote the company's goals, including the advertising of products and services.
The publications in the mailing lists and/or to participants in general do not constitute a recommendation by Results Digital to act in any particular way, and any use of the publications and/or information published by Results Digital shall be made at the user's sole discretion and responsibility.
Any individual or entity choosing to join the mailing list and/or the participants list accepts the terms of these regulations without reservation or condition. For the avoidance of doubt, leaving an email address to be sent to Results Digital, if sent, and/or connecting by any other means, including to the information website, as may be facilitated by Results Digital, constitutes confirmation that the sender/connector (hereinafter: "the Participant") has registered for the Results Digital mailing list.
Any reference in these regulations in the masculine form also refers to the feminine form, and any reference in the feminine form also refers to the masculine form, and any reference in the singular form also refers to the plural form and vice versa.
The mailing list or participants list is a collection of data about any individual or entity that will be collected and stored by Results Digital in a computerized database owned by it and which will be stored at the sole discretion of Results Digital on its servers or those of any third party.
A participant joining the mailing list on the Results Digital website and/or by any other means, according to the sole discretion of Results Digital, thereby accepts the rules of these regulations and undertakes to act accordingly. Joining the mailing list and/or the participants list is free, and any individual and/or entity can and is eligible to join the list and participate.
The participants' details, as collected by Results Digital, will be used by Results Digital only and will not be transferred to any third party, except in accordance with any legal requirements.
Usage: Subject to the above, Results Digital will use the participants' details at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
By providing an email address and/or any other identifying detail to Results Digital, the participant confirms and agrees that:
For the avoidance of doubt, Results Digital strongly recommends using the services of a skilled and experienced professional consultant in the relevant field before acting in any way.
Unsubscribing from the mailing list and/or participants list can be done automatically via the unsubscribe link attached to each email and/or message and/or advertisement sent by Results Digital.
In addition to the above, the participant will receive the right and permission to access the Results Digital information website (hereinafter: "the Information Website").
The Information Website will include professional information in the fields of activity of Results Digital, as well as marketing and/or advertising information at the discretion of Results Digital.
The information published on the Information Website is information that Results Digital deemed appropriate to publish on the Information Website, but it does not constitute a recommendation and/or advice to act in any way, and any use made by the participant of the Information Website and/or the information on it and/or the data published on it will be at the participant's responsibility, and the participant hereby releases Results Digital, its employees, directors, and/or any of its representatives from any claim and/or lawsuit for damage caused if caused as a result of using the information on the Information Website and/or any information provided by Results Digital to the participant.
Access to the Information Website will be by username and password provided by Results Digital or by logging in through Google, Facebook, or Twitter. Results Digital reserves the right to add and/or remove from time to time and/or change the ways of accessing the Information Website, all at its sole discretion.
The information collected by Results Digital, as provided by users, will be used by Results Digital.
If necessary, and at the sole discretion of Results Digital, Results Digital will register the users list as a registered database, including if required by law.
Except for the methods listed above, the participant is entitled and may cancel his/her engagement under these regulations with Results Digital by giving written notice to Results Digital at 7 Avraham Patchornik St., Ness Ziona. In case of such cancellation, within 30 days from the date the notice is received by Results Digital, all user details will be removed from the Results Digital participants list, and all participant rights will cease.
Results Digital may not approve the joining of any individual or entity to the participants list and/or remove them from the participants list at its sole discretion and without any obligation to explain the reason for the refusal.
The participant is solely responsible for updating his/her details with Results Digital to continue enjoying the mailing list and the Information Website and/or any other service/product as provided by Results Digital to participants.
Results Digital may, at any time, at its sole discretion, cease the activity in general and/or any part of it, and the participant will have no claim in this regard.

מטרת רשימת הדיוור והמידע באתר המידע, הנה לחזק את הקשר עם לקוחות Results Digital ומתעניינים בכלל וקידום כללי של מטרות החברה, לרבות פרסום מוצרים ושירותים.
אין באמור בפרסומים של רשימות הדיוור ו/או למשתתפים בכלל, משום המלצה של Results Digital לפעול בדרך כזו או אחרת וכל שימוש שיעשה בפרסומים ו/או במידע המפורסם על ידי Results Digital, יעשה על פי שיקול דעתי של המשמש ואחריות בלבד.
כל אדם או גוף אשר בוחר להצטרף לרשימת הדיוור ו/או רשימת המשתתפים מקבל עליו את תנאיו של תקנון זה ללא סייג או תנאי ולמען הסר כל ספק, השארת כתובת הדוא"ל שתשלח ל- Results Digital, אם תשלח ו/או התחברות באחת הדרכים האחרות, לרבות לאתר המידע, כפי שתתאפשר על ידי Results Digital מהווה אישור כי השולח/המתחבר (להלן: "המשתתף") נרשם לרשימת הדיוור של Results Digital.
כל שנכתב בתקנון זה בלשון זכר מתכוון גם ללשון נקבה וכל שנכתב בתקנון זה בלשון נקבה מתכוון גם ללשון זכר, כל שבלשון יחיד מתכוון גם ללשון רבים ולהיפך.
רשימת הדיוור או רשימת המשתתפים רשימה של נתונים אשר יאספו על כל אדם או גוף ואשר יאספו וישמרו על ידי Results Digital במאגר מידע ממוחשב אשר ברשותה ואשר יאוחסן על פי שיקול דעה של Results Digital על שרתים שלה או שרתים של צד שלישי כלשהו.
משתתף המצטרף לרשימת הדיוור באתר Results Digital ו/או בכל דרך אחרת, בהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי של Results Digital, מקבל בכך על עצמו את כללי תקנון זה ומתחייב לפעול על פיו. ההצטרפות לרשימת הדיוור ו/או רשימת המשתתפים הנה חינם וכל אדם ו/או גוף יכול וזכאי להצטרף לרשימה ולהשתתף.
פרטי המשתתפים, כפי שיאספו על ידי Results Digital, ישמשו את חברת Results Digital בלבד ולא יועברו לצד שלישי כלשהו, אלא בהתאם להוראות כל דין.
השימוש: בכפוף לאמור לעיל, תשתמש חברת Results Digital בפרטי המשתתפים, בהתאם לשיקול הבלעדי ובתוך כך, לרבות:
בהעברת כתובת הדוא"ל ו/או כל פרט מזהה אחר של המשתתף ל- Results Digital, מאשר המשתתף ומסכים כי:
למען הסר כל ספק, Results Digital ממליצה בחום להשתמש בשירותיו של יועץ מקצועי מיומן ומנוסה בתחום הרלוונטי לכם וזאת בטרם תפעלו בכל צורה או דרך.
הסרה מרשימת הדיוור ו/או רשימת המשתתפים ניתן לבצע באופן אוטומטי באמצעות הקישור להסרה אשר יצורף לכל דבר דואר ו/או מסר ו/או פרסום אשר ישלח על ידי Results Digital.
בנוסף לאמור לעיל, יקבל המשתתף את הזכות וההרשאה להכנס לאתר המידע של Results Digital (להלן: "אתר המידע").
אתר המידע יכלול מידע מקצועי בתחומי הפעילות של Results Digital וכן מידע שיווקי ו/או פרסומי בהתאם לשיקול דעתה של Results Digital.
המידע אשר יפורסם באתר המידע, הנו מידע אשר Results Digital ראתה לנכון לפרסמו באתר המידע, אך אין באמור, ו/או במידע אשר מפורסם באתר המידע משום המלצה ו/או עצה לפעול באופן כזה או אחר וכל שימוש שיעשה המשתתף באתר המידע ו/או במידע שבוע ו/או בנתונים המפורסמים בו, יעשה על אחריות המשתתף והמשתתף משחרר בזה את Results Digital, עובדיה, מנהליה ו/או מי מטעמם מכל טענה ו/או תביעה בגין נזק אשר נגרם לו, אם נגרם לו כתוצאה מהשימוש במידע אשר באתר המידע ו/או בכלל המסופק על ידי Results Digital למשתתף.
הכניסה לאתר המידע תיעשה על ידי שם משתמש וסיסמה שיסופקו על ידי Results Digital או התחברות באמצעות גוגל, פייסבוק או טוויטר. Results Digital שומרת לעצמה את הזכות, להוסיף ו/או לגרוע מעת לעת ו/או לשנות את דרכי הכניסה לאתר המידע וזאת בהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי.
המידע אשר ייאסף על ידי Results Digital, כפי שיימסר על ידי המשתמשים ישמש את Results Digital.
במידת הצורך, ובהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי של Results Digital, תרשום Results Digital את רשימת המשתמשים כמאגר מידע רשום, וזאת בין היתר במידה ותידרש לכך על פי דין.
זולת הדרכים המנויות לעיל, המשתתף זכאי ורשאי לבטל את התקשרותו לפי תקנון זה עם Results Digital על ידי מתן הודעה בכתב על כך ל- Results Digital בכתובת אברהם פצ'ורניק 7, נס ציונה. במקרה של ביטול כאמור בסעיף זה, בתוך 30 ימים מיום קבלת ההודעה אצל Results Digital יוסרו כל פרטי המשתמש מרשימת המשתתפים של Results Digital וכל זכויות המשתתף תופסקנה.
Results Digital רשאית לא לאשר הצטרפותו של אדם או גוף לרשימת המשתתפים ו/או להסירו מרשימת המשתתפים וזאת בהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי ובלא שתהיה לה חובה לנמק את סיבת הסירוב.
המשתתף הינו האחראי הבלעדי לעדכן את פרטיו אצל Results Digital וזאת על מנת שיוכל להמשיך ולהנות מרשימת הדיוור ואתר המידע ו/או כל שירות / מוצר אחר כפי שתספק Results Digital למשתתפים.
Results Digital רשאית בכל עת, בהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי להפסיק את הפעילות בכלל ו/או איזה חלק ממנה ולמשתתף לא תהיה כל טענה בעניין זה.
